User's IP, computer, and network addresses, the date, time and duration
of the visit, and the web pages and other objects the User requests from
the AIS server.
b) Account Setup and Online Ordering Information.
As an initial matter, customers are required to provide personal
information in connection with their application for an account with AIS.
AIS also keeps a record of all transactions or purchases conducted through
the Website. In order to complete such transactions, AIS requires each
User to submit the Transactional and Billing Information indicated below.
Alternatively, Users always have the option to call, fax or mail in the
Transactional and Billing Information to conclude a purchase.
(i) Transactional Information.
The User's email address, name, billing address, shipping
address, method of shipping, and purchase order number.
(ii) Billing Information.

(1) If payment is made online by credit card, the User
will be required to provide the type of card, the card number, the expiration
date, and the credit card verification value (a set of numbers on the
credit card used to prevent fraud); or
(2) If payment is made online using check processing,
AIS will also require the User's checking account
number, the routing number of the User's bank, and
either the User's social security number or driver's
license number (again to prevent fraud).
c) General Correspondance.

and other Users of the Website, including emails. Additionally, providers
of third-party content available on the Website, such as the providers of
research information, may collect information relating specifically to your
use of that content.
